    2 Full-time Positions Available


    Responds to and answers inquiries from employees and customers regarding account activity and certain remote banking product issues


    • Provides customers with account information, assists with account documentation and research requests
    • Follows implemented procedures for proper recording of any account changes
    • Places and reviews stop payments that are entered onto the system to ensure accuracy and timeliness
    • Process address change requests following approved procedures
    • Verifies and places check orders per customer instructions
    • Responds to written reference requests on customer accounts
    • Maintains a comprehensive knowledge of all eBranch products and provides support, meeting set expectations
    • Keeps informed about all new products and regulations
    • Performs routine clerical duties, pulling reports, photocopying, filing, posting, mail distribution
    • Other functions and responsibilities may be added at the company’s discretion


    • High school diploma or GED
    • One year related experience
    • Intermediate reasoning and math skills
    • Self-starter with multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
    • Intermediate computer skills and MS Office skills
    • Thorough knowledge of banking products and policies
    • Service oriented with strong interpersonal and oral communication skills
    • Clear speaking voice
    • Excellent written communication skills
    • Positive professional and personal demeanor




    • Ability to sit for extended periods of time
