Full-time Position


Prepares loans, notes and related documents for closings; reviews all documentation for accuracy and completenessProvides administrative support to the lenders


  • Prepares and processes all commercial, in-house real estate and consumer loans and related documents for loan closings.
  • Prepares and reviews the loan file, reviews the checklist for completion, calls for payoffs, orders title opinions, appraisals, insurance
  • Prepares all loan files for scanning
  • Images/indexes items to the loan and customer electronic files as appropriate
  • Contacts borrowers for financial data & resolves documentation exceptions
  • Ensures compliance with all regulations applicable to the loan process; consults with compliance department regarding questions
  • Greets & assists walk-in customers; accepts loan payments & fields telephone inquiries
  • Communicates & coordinates with central loan operations



  • Obtain credit reports and references as needed
  • Assist lenders in the preparation of loan packets for the various loan approval committees
  • Provides assistance to lenders in portfolio management as needed

Perform other Functions and duties as required


  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Two or more years of experience in loan processing preferred
  • Proven Experience in working with documents, i.e. RESPA, HMDA, SBA, etc.
  • Proficient Computer and MS Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, Compliance 1 Software
  • Highly organized with an ability to prioritize work to meet multiple deadlines
  • Strong ability to use good judgment, discretion and confidentiality
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills



  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed
