    Full-time Position


    Provides excellent customer service and assistance to consumers and finance companies regarding the establishment and maintenance of allotment accounts


    • Provide assistance to account holders, finance companies by responding to inquiries by phone or mail,  processing stop payments, distributing funds as requested
    • Performs file maintenance as required through the Allotment Processing System
    • Compile, separate and distribute end of month reports and payments to clients
    • Image documents as necessary
    • Input new authorizations through the Allotment Processing System
    • Edit and update customer information as received through company authorizations or customer request
    • Distribute funds per authorized requests through check, wire transfer or Money Gram.




    • Sell all bank services
    • Attend Bank training and meetings as required
    • Other functions and responsibilities may be added at the company’s discretion.


    • High school Diploma or GED required
    • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
    • Proficient computer, MS office and specialized allotment program skills
    • Strong ability to use good judgment, discretion and confidentiality in all phases of work
    • Proven ability to focus and multi-task in a call center environment
    • Excellent telephone and customer service skills in a Beyond Service Environment




    • Ability to work extended hours during end of month and biweekly processing
    • Ability to sit for extended periods of time
